The Platform uses the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API to send template messages and communicate with clients. Users must comply with:
Template messages must only be used for legitimate, pre-approved business communications such as fee reminders, case updates, and complaint acknowledgements. Misuse of the messaging feature may result in suspension of WhatsApp API access.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
All content, code, and materials within the Solvncee CRM Platform are the proprietary property of Madar Resolution Consultants Pvt Ltd. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.
All client data accessed through the Platform is confidential and belongs to the client. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of client data and must not disclose it to unauthorised parties. Violations may result in disciplinary action and legal liability.
The Platform is provided "as is" for internal operational use. Madar Resolution Consultants Pvt Ltd makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and security but cannot guarantee continuous uptime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madar Resolution Consultants Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, WhatsApp API delivery failures, or third-party service interruptions.
Madar Resolution Consultants Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other business reason.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
